Shipping confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped which contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours.

Please save all packaging material and damaged goods, as we will require photographic evidence of the damage. As this will assist us in filling a claim with the courier or postal service companies.
In the very unlikely event that you wish to return an item, customer is liable for the return postage. Please note that we cannot issue refunds on any product(s) that have been opened or tried in any due to health and safety reasons.
