    What Shipping Methods Are Available?

    We offer standard shipping on our all products. If you require your order urgently, we do offer express shipping. Please contact us on customerservice@hommage.com to find out more.

    When Will My Order Get Dispatched?

    We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Orders are shipped Mon-Fri (excluding public holidays).

    How Long Does It Take To Receive My Package?

    US: delivery can take up to 5-7 working days.
    UK: delivery can take up to 3-5 working days.
    Rest of the World: can take up to 10-15 working days (excludes your local government customs handling time).

    Do I Have To Pay Duties & Taxes?

    HOMMAGE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes and duties).

    How Can I Return Item(s)?

    In the very unlikely event that you wish to return an item, customer is liable for the return postage. Please note that we cannot issue refunds on any product(s) that have been opened or tried in any due to health and safety reasons.

    Do I Need An Account To Place An Order?

    No, you can checkout using guest options.

    Having an account with us does have it's perks! 

    How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

    If you wish to cancel your order before its dispatched, please get in touch with us within 24 hours after placing the order.

    How Can I Track My Order?

    When the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to trace the order online with the carrier.

    My Order Has Arrived Damaged?

    Our warehouse team works hard to ensure that all products are well packaged to avoid being damaged in transit. Should your order not arrive in the perfect condition it leaves us, please contact at customerservice@hommage.com

    Please save all packaging material and damaged goods, as we will require photographic evidence of the damage. As this will assist us in filling a claim with the courier or postal service companies.
